In 2022, the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) dominated the market of terrestrial fixed-line telephone service in Vietnam, holding around 73 percent of the total market share. Viettel, another fellow state-owned corporation, was the provider with the second most subscribers, accounting for approximately 22 percent of the market share.
