International visitors who traveled for personal reasons to Mexico in 2021 spent more than 19 billion U.S. dollars during their trip, apart from transportation expenses, according to data published by the UNWTO. That same year, the travel expenditures of foreign business travelers in the Latin American country amounted to 440 million U.S. dollars.
