Artificial Intelligence: areas of investment by UK retailers in 2019

Leading retailers in the United Kingdom have their priorities sorted when it comes to introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in their organizations. The leading AI-related area retailers were planning to invest in was e-commerce, as stated by 60 percent of respondents to the survey at hand. Supply chain-related units such as stock management and warehousing robotics ranked rather low with less than 30 percent of retailers planning to invest in AI technologies across these divisions.
