Reasons to justify workplace surveillance in Russia in 2019
When asked what reasons could justify the use of surveillance by employers, almost a half of respondents named the aim to prevent information leakage. Six percent of survey participants agreed that surveillance at the workplace could be introduced to increase employees' motivation.
