According to the study conducted by Ipsos, blue was the most preferred eye color for both men and women in Russia in 2019. About one fifth of survey participants found green-eye-colored women and brown-eye-colored men attractive. For every third participant, an eye color was not a decisive factor for male or female beauty.

The source specified that the sample is "more urban, more educated
and/or more affluent than the general population and the
results should be viewed as reflecting the views of a more
“connected” population."
Regarding the methodology, "sample surveys and polls may be subject to other sources of error, including, but not limited to coverage error, and measurement error. The precision of the Ipsos online polls is measured using a Bayesian Credibility Interval," which was set at +/-4.8 percentage points.
