Market share of leading operator in fixed call services in the Nordics 2019-2022

Iceland's leading fixed-call operator accounted for over 60 percent of the total market share in 2019. During the years from 2015 to 2020, the market share of Síminn increased to 71 percent as of 2020. This then decline substantially to 46% by 2022 as other competitors grew their share in the market.

The market share of the leading fixed call operator in Finland, on the other hand, was under 50 percent of the total market share and amounted to 34 percent in 2022. In 2022, the leading operator in Sweden also lost their majority and had 29 percent of the market share.
