American Tower, Welltower, and Prologis were the real estate investment trusts (REITs) worldwide with the largest market caps as of April 14, 2024. All three REITs were headquartered in the United States. If fact, out of the 30 largest REITs, only one was headquartered outside the United States — Goodman Group (Australia).
