Knowledge levels of GDPR among internet users in Norway 2018
As of 2018, over 80 percent of Norwegian internet users had heard of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation in EU law on privacy and data protection. More than half had received e-mails asking for consent from parties which they were not aware had their data. Less than 20 percent of Norwegians had not heard of GDPR as of June and July, 2018.
