By the end of 2023, there were around 48.4 million people employed in Jiangsu, China. Jiangsu is a Chinese province located on China's east coast, next to Shanghai. Jiangsu belongs to one of the largest economies in China. The southern part of this province is economically much better developed than the northern part.
