In 2020, the number of inbound visitors arriving in Hong Kong through the Sha Tau Kok Control Point amounted to around 98,300, down from around 1.36 million in 2019. Since 2021, Sha Tau Kok passenger and cargo clearance services have been suspended until further notice.
