Between 2014 and 2019, the consumption expenditure on furniture and home furnishings in Italy was characterized by constant growth. However, Italian consumers decreased their purchases of furniture and home furnishing products in 2020, when their expenditure declined to reach approximately 12.75 billion euros. As of 2022, this figure amounted to about 15.6 billion euros.
