Degrees that were in the field of business, administration or law were the most popular in Europe, with over one million Europeans graduating with a degree of this type in 2023. The next most popular field of study was health and welfare, which had roughly 631,000 graduates, followed by engineering, manufacturing and construction which accounted for a further 616,000.
