According to Amazon, Indian customers interacted with the digital assistant Alexa 68 percent more in 2021 compared to the previous year. The most common interaction that year was to ask Alexa to play a song which amounted to about 216 thousand requests per day. This was followed by product-related queries on the Amazon shopping app.
