According to a recent survey conducted by Ipsos on the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic on individuals' attitude and behavior, in Italy 31 percent of respondents said their frequency of purchasing goods online increased. On the other hand, nearly half of those surveyed said their frequency of e-commerce shopping did not change at all.

* Nationally representative, general adult population. The poll was conducted on a multi-country level and the total number of those surveyed in all countries was 10,000.
