Canadian white milk sales by type 2018-2022
Unflavored powdered milk was the only category in which sales were expected to decline within the white milk market in Canada between 2018 and 2022. Sales of unflavored powdered milk were forecast to decrease from 254.3 million to 232.2 million U.S. dollars within this time. Sales of fresh/pasteurized fat-free white milk were predicted to increase from around 1.3 billion to 1.31 billion U.S. dollars.
