Primary education expenditure per pupil in Denmark 2015-2023

Since the school year 2015/16, the expenditure on primary education per pupil in Denmark increased. That year, the Danish authorities paid 76,000 Danish kroner per pupil in public primary schools, a sum that had increased to 80,000 kroner by the academic year 2022/23. Hence, a pupil costed the Danish Government more than 4,000 kroner more in 2022/23 than seven years earlier.
