This graph shows an average customer journey duration of the top performing fashion applications in France in 2018, in seconds. Sarenza had the fastest track with around *** seconds. Spartoo was just one second behind and Zalando was at *** seconds. The source had defined the customer app track in different phases: The launch of the app, user authentication, product search, basket consultation and delivery tracking.
Using a specific app, the source also identified the energy conumption levels of each phases of a customer parcour.
The source adds the following information :
"The measurements were carried out on the basis of a standardized protocol: Measurements were performed on a Nexus 6 thanks with the Greenspector Free Runner Test, an application directly installed on the smartphone, allowing consumption tests to be carried out".
