Leading factors for making gaming-related purchases in Taiwan 2025

According to a survey on online gaming conducted by Rakuten Insight in January 2025, about a third of the online gamers from Taiwan stated that they decided to make an in-game purchase mainly because of special offers. The same survey found that 45 percent of the Taiwanese gamers played online games every day.
