Digital tools to communicate with physicians pre- and post-COVID-19 in Italy 2020
Do Italians use digital channels to communicate with their specialist physicians? According to a survey conducted in June 2020, only 23 percent of Italians reported that they used emails to communicate with their physicians. An additional 20 percent of respondents reported that they did not use this medium to communicate with their physicians before the COVID emergency, but would be interested in a future use.
