Latin America: healthcare most recalled features 2018

According to a survey carried out by AXON Marketing & Communications in 2018, service was the most recalled feature of healthcare institutions among patients and service users in Latin America, with 43 percent of respondents. Another 34 percent of patients surveyed mention facilities as the most remember aspect of the institutions they attended. The remaining 23 percent of respondents in the region had good memories of the communication with their healthcare providers.
