According to a survey conducted in China in June 2020 about shopping behavior before and after the coronavirus outbreak, around 69 percent of respondents said they shifted their opinion and were more willing to purchase domestic brands after the outbreak of COVID-19. Only three percent said they changed their preference in favor of foreign brands.
Among a total of 1,346 survey respondents 35 percent were male and 65 percent were female. The respondents came from different tier cities and covered all age groups.
