¹ The Bundesnetzagentur published monthly data on the number of charging stations until November 2023. Since January 2024 data is published every three months.

Figures for previous years were partially retrieved from earlier source reports.

Including reports from pending registration processes. According to the source, charging stations which are not public are limited to a clearly defined, specific group (e.g. visitor parking spaces in companies, medical practices or hotels), these are not considered in the statistic. 

Data for earlier months may change due to later updates.
