Job satisfaction in Russia 2020, by age group

Russians of older age groups were more satisfied with their jobs than younger workers aged 18 to 25 years, according to a survey from 2020. Almost 50 percent of employees aged 41 to 65 years were absolutely satisfied with their job. In contrast, 46 respondents percent representing the young generation under 25 years old were rather or absolutely unhappy with their work.
