One fifth of Ukrainians read classic literature books over the year prior to a survey conducted in August and September 2020. Modern detectives were the second most popular genre among Ukrainian book readers.
The source specified that the survey was conducted in all regions of Ukraine "except for the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea."
