As of February 2024, the monthly percentage change in the core Consumer Price Index (CPI) was at 13.24 percent from the previous month. In February 2023, the indicator increased by 8.12 percent, in comparison to the month before.
It is worth noting that core CPI is a variation from headline CPI, with the exclusion of inflation shocks that are temporary. Therefore, regulated items along with fruits and vegetables are removed from core CPI.

Monthly data from September 2009 to present are based on the Household Expenditure Survey from 2008/2009.
