Telegram, a multi-platform messaging service, was the most popular non-gaming app in Russia by downloads on iPhone and iPad App Store and Google Play in 2024, at around 38 million. Wildberries, an online marketplace, ranked third with approximately 27.8 million downloads. Several VPN apps made it to the ranking.
