A significant number of respondents found dating apps too superficial, unromantic, or time-consuming.

"The survey was conducted among 1,084 respondents aged 16 to 24 years old, 1,582 respondents aged 25 to 34 years old, 1,932 respondents aged 35 to 44 years old, 1,336 respondents aged 45 to 54 years old, 671 respondents aged 55 years and above.
