Most used digital devices by building craftsman in France 2017
As the digitization of most industries and sectors has seen a rise in the past years, small or specialized businesses have followed the same trend. For a market such as the construction craftsman business, the source wanted to assess how many building artisans owned and used digital devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones. Thus, the majority (81 percent) used their own smartphones, followed by office PC (73 percent) and laptop (70 percent). Tablets were also in demand, with 44 percent of respondents mentioning having used one for work.
