For a market such as the construction craftsman business, the source wanted to assess how many building artisans owned and used digital devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones. Furthermore, the actions carried out on the Internet using these media devices were primarily to communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues (71 percent).
