Among the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries, Israel had the highest adoption rate of smartphones, amounting to 90 percent in 2023, with a forecast to reach 94 percent in 2030. In comparison, Turkey had an adoption rate of 89 percent and was also projected to reach 94 percent by 2030.
