Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) was the region with the highest value of cross-border capital invested in real estate in the first quarter of 2024. A total of over 12 billion U.S. dollars' worth of foreign capital was invested in that quarter in the region. The Americas followed, with 6.4 billion U.S. dollars' worth of transactions.
