In 2024, the average base rent of mall stores and freestanding stores under 10,000 square feet owned by Macerich reached 65.62 U.S. dollars per square foot. In contrast, the average base rent for the company's joint ventures malls stood at 76.11 U.S. dollars. Macerich is an American real estate investment trust that invests in shopping centers.
