According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on the usage of online travel agencies in Indonesia conducted in June 2023, around 80 percent of the respondents stated ticket purchase was their main reason for using an online travel agent, either to buy flight, train or bus tickets. In the case of transportation tickets, most providers offer their services on online travel agents.
