The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which started in 2020, strongly impacted the overall state of health in France. The entire French population had to review its daily way of living. This situation caused mental disorders in some people, such as sleep disorders, anxiety, and depression. It appears clearly that the most common mental health disorder was sleeping problems. Furthermore, the share of French people affected by mental health disorders tended to increase during the lockdown periods first between March 17, 2020, and Mai 10, 2020, then between October 30, 2020, and December 15, 2020. For example, The share of French people suffering from depression increased from 15.5 percent on October 21, 2020, to 22.6 percent on November 25, 2020.
