Average growth rate of import value of sportswear to France 2014-2019, by product
In 2019, France was the second largest importer of fashion sportswear in the European Union behind Germany, and imported approximately 1.8 billion euros of sportswear article. Women’s or girl’s anoraks category constituted the majority of France’s fashion sportwear imports, and accounted for 744 million euros. It was also the category which registered the higher average growth rate in the last five years.
