In 2020, almost ** percent of readers of comic books aged 16 to 75 years in France declared not having the time to read as a reason for not further reading a comic book. Among readers aged 7 to 15 years, over ** percent declared not being able to concentrate themselves as a reason for abandoning the reading of a comic book. In addition to that, around ** percent of the same group said that they found it difficult to find a comic book that interested them.
