Work environment desired by employees in Canada 2021
According to a survey conducted in 2021, combining remote work and work at the workplace in the same proportion is the most common work environment desired by employees in Canada. The most unpopular policy seems to be working entirely remotely, which was pointed out as the ideal work environment by 15 percent of Canadian workers. Overall, employees mostly wish working both ways in different measures.
