Italy: main issues of e-Learning in elementary school 2021| Statista

In an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, Italian schools moved online for large parts of the school years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021. According to a recent survey, the main issue with online education according to parents of elementary school children was the reduction in social relations. Other problems mentioned by more than half of the respondents were a worsening emotional state of children, and less interactions between the pupils and the teachers. Similar worries were shared by parents of middle and high school children.
