The popularity of food delivery orders has grown among Brazilian consumers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a survey published in early 2021, seven out of ten Brazilian respondents aged between 30 and 45 years old saw an increase in their usage of food delivery services. The age group with the lowest share of respondents reporting the same was the one encompassing people between 56 to 65 years old, with a share of 57 percent.
