Click and collect usage behavior in the United States 2020
When asked about their usage of curbside pick-up delivery option for online purchases, a combined share of 48 percent of consumers in the U.S. said to have used it both prior to and during the coronavirus pandemic. According to the survey conducted in September 2020, an additional share of approximately 20 percent of individuals were planning to use it following the end of the pandemic.
