According to a survey of media agency professionals in Australia in 2021, only two percent of media agency employees and two percent of media agency owners were forced to work reduced hours and/or at reduced pay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 13% of media industry employees were forced, however, to take annual leave days due to the pandemic.
