More than ******** of bank card holders in Russia did not receive any bonuses for paying with their primary bank cards, according to a survey conducted in 2021. Approximately ** percent of respondents received bonuses that could be spent on goods and services, such as Spasibo, offered by Sberbank.
* Spasibo by Sberbank is a program offering bonuses for payments with the Sberbank card. The program provides bonuses of up to 30% of the purchase price,
that can be exchanged for real discounts on purchases, travel, entertainment, and much more. 1 bonus = 1 ruble discount.
The survey was conducted by tablet-assisted personal interview (TAPI).
The original survey question was worded as follows: "Какие бонусы Вы получаете от использования вашей основной карты?"
