According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, about 83 percent of respondents stated that they used the online service platform hometax.go.kr of the South Korean National Tax Service, while about 35 percent said they had used the employment information service of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. South Korea has experienced rapid development in the use of e-government services in recent years.
