Familiarity with cloud computing in the travel/hospitality industry worldwide 2020

In 2020, executives in the global hospitality and travel industry were surveyed on their organization's familiarity with the idea of cloud computing. The majority of respondents, 48 percent, stated that their organization was somewhat familiar with the idea of cloud computing. Meanwhile, 35 percent of respondents stated that their organization was very familiar with the idea of cloud computing and only 17 percent of respondents stated that their organization was not at all familiar with the idea of cloud computing.
