According to a 2024 survey in South Korea, approximately 54 percent of respondents who used e-government services for information retrieval did so once a month. In contrast, about 80 percent of those using e-government services for submitting civil petitions, public proposals, or reporting daily inconveniences accessed them once every six months or less.
