As of the fifth week of 2025, the most viewed Hindi news channel in India was Aaj Tak, owned by the India Today Group, with a viewership grossing over 97 million average minute audience (AMA). It surpassed the Network18-owned channel, News18, that slipped to second place, followed by Republic Bharat.
