Share of Britons who did not take any holiday days 2019-2025, by gender
As of January 8, 2025, the share of male Britons who took no holiday days in the previous month increased compared to the previous year. According to a January 2025 survey, 30 percent of males reported not taking vacation trips in the past month, which was an increase of six percentage points from the previous year. Meanwhile, the share of female Britons in January 2025 who had not had any vacations in the previous month only increased by one percentage point over January 2024, totaling 35 percent.
