In 2019, the export of vehicles other than railway from Madagascar amounted to an approximate value of 870 thousand U.S. dollars. This was a decrease in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 1.6 million U.S. dollars of the products were exported. Furthermore, France was one of the main trade partners of Madagascar in terms of vehicle exports, with a share of around 37 percent.
