Wholesale and retail businesses' challenges in exporting in the UK 2022
According to the results of a recent survey, about 48.5 percent of wholesale and retail businesses in the United Kingdom (UK) stated that in the period between August 1, 2022 to August 31, 2022 they have experienced an increase in challenges arising from additional paperwork while exporting goods from the UK. A further 42.6 percent of the businesses had increased challenges in their export activities due to the change in transportation costs. In contrast, 27.3 percent of the surveyed businesses stated that they had no problems with their exporting activities in the survey period.
