According to a survey on e-wallet usage in Vietnam in 2021 by Decision Lab, Ho Chi Minh City had the highest rate of e-wallet usage in the country, with 68 percent of respondents having used this payment method in the city. The survey also revealed that the whole country had an e-wallet usage rate of 59 percent.
